Frequently asked questions

  • How do I create a trip?

    Open Gloap, sign in, and tap any country on the 3D globe. Tap “Plan a trip” and answer a few quick questions about your dates, travel style, and budget. Gloap will generate a personalized day-by-day itinerary in about 30 seconds.

  • Can I edit a generated itinerary?

    Yes. Open any trip and tap the day or activity you want to change. You can ask Gloap to suggest alternatives, adjust the pace, or add specific places.

  • Will my trips sync across devices?

    Yes. As long as you’re signed in with the same account, your trips sync automatically through your secure Gloap account.

  • Can I add a trip to my calendar?

    Tap the calendar icon on any trip to add the full itinerary to your iPhone calendar with one tap.

  • Does Gloap work offline?

    Your saved trips are available offline. Generating new trips and syncing changes requires an internet connection.

  • How do I delete my account?

    Email support@unplannedambition.comwith the subject “Delete account” from the address you signed up with. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.

  • How do I report a bug?

    Email support@unplannedambition.comwith a description of what happened, the device you’re using, and the iOS version if known. Screenshots help.
